Data Protection
AfriSkuld will not share any information with unauthorised third parties. Authorised entities that may access consumer information include FinFix Shared Services (Pty) Ltd. and its affiliated operations.
Use of Information
AfriSkuld will use information provided by consumers only for its intended purposes. We obtain full credit reports from Xpert Decision Systems (XDS) during identity verification, with the consumer's consent. Personal information may be retained in our systems for as long as necessary following submission of the contact form.
Communication Consent
By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving information in the form of emails, telephone calls, or text messages from authorised third parties related to financial services.
Privacy
Data handling follows AfriSkuld's Privacy Policy, which details practices for storing, protecting, and processing information, as well as consumer rights. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@afriskuld.co.za.
